Draft at the Red Cross fund raiser at the brewery. Poured a rusty orange/amber with an average sized fluffy off off white head. Aroma is amazing, smells a bourbon soaked grapefruit, orange, rind, fresh wood.....I could smell this all day. Full body, dry, stronger carbonation, a bit chalky towards the end. Flavor of dry citrus rind, barrel, medium toast, yellow grapefruit, dried out tangerines, slight bourbon. This is great stuff.

Draft. Pours orange with an off white head. Fruity citric hops, a hint of wood and bourbon, medium hoppy bitterness, with a hint of grassyness in the finish. Good stuff.

On tap at Barcade Jersey City, clean lines. Kane’s first anniversary party. Whereas Head High from the brewery is a brighter, more citrusy smell and taste, this aged Head High was a darker, older experience. Beer pours light brown, lively head, sublte aroma of older hops. Taste is maltier and more sour on the finish than the main event. I prefer regular Head High.

Draft. Hazy orange golden pour with tan head. Citrus, light pine and some wood aromas. Flavor is of citrus, light spice and fruit tones. Has some age but doesn’t exactly lose all fresh tones.
