Kane Drift Line Bourbon Oak Chips and Maple Syrup

Cask at the brewery during their Red Cross fund raiser. Poured exceptionally good looking for a cask with a nice deep dark blackish brown body with a smaller foamy, but exceptional for a cask, light beige head. Aroma was sweet overall from the maple syrup with notes of light bourbon, buttery chcolate, maple syrup, oak. Medium to fuller body with excepional carbonation for a cask beer and a creamy finish. Flavor is very similar to the aroma with sweetness dominating along with some buttery chocolate, wet burnt toast, sugar, buttery chocolate and oak. Great beer for a great cause served by great guys.
