COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Seven Hundred Thirty was created to commemorate our first 730 days. It is a comlex blend of several different beers-some barrel aged. Notable among them is 365-our first anniversary ale aged for a year in fresh bourbon barrels. We also sampled and selected from among our remaining stock of oak-aged Belgian-style beers and added those that would contribute additional depth and character to this bottle. The final blend is a mosaic representing our brewery’s past while pointing us towards our future. Stored properly 73* should age well. Enjoy now or in the future.

Bottle. Cola colored with a big off white head. Aroma is candi sugar, bourbon barrel and dark fruit. Taste is nutty, Belgian yeast, spices, vanilla and caramel and wood from the barrel. Palate is thick and rich with plenty of carb. This is really complex and tasty.

Bottle back from the brewery anniversary party. Pours out a moderate to dark brown with a decent sized tan head. Aroma is of dark dried fruits, chocolate, bourbon, molasses and some light chocolate. Taste is complex, dark fruity notes, light bourbon, vanilla, some wood, sweet chocolate, molasses and only a very slight idea that this beer is a bigger ABV beer. Solid.

On tap at Barcade Jersey City. Beautiful big stout with nice complexity. Lots going on here in this nice blend reminiscent of a Firestone Walker anniversary beer. Was lucky enough to snag a bottle of this stuff locally and looking forward to seeing how well it ages.

A great blend of different beer with the barrel aging to top it off. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750ml bottle in a Kane teku. Pours deep brown with a big, cream-colored head. Aroma of lightly roasted malts, some chocolate, oak and bourbon, some spicy yeast, caramel and toffee malts like a Belgian quad, and hints of dough and dark fruits. Flavor the same with a very nice blend of all of the complex elements. Smoother texture. A very cool beer.

750ml C&C bottle purchased at the 2nd Anniversary party. Poured a medium density solid black body with an average sized full foamy dark beige head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, sour chocolate, dark fruits, light bourbon, alcohol soaked oranges, wet old barrels, earth and dark toast. Body starts off medium but builds to a full creamy mouthfeel with softer to average carbonation and fairly well hidden alcohol for a 10.8% ABV. Flavor of bourbon, Belgian yeast, earth, alcohol, vanilla, dark fruits skins, charred toast and a hint of bubble gum. I like this more than the original Anniversary beer.

Second anniversary beer, on tap at Barcade Jersey City at the Kane 2nd anniversary party. Pour is black with a subtle head; aroma is roasty malt with some dark fruit and toasted bread notes. Taste is a mix of roast and dark fruit in the background - I think this one will age nicely. Solid offering.

On tap @ 2nd anniversary party. Pours a deep chestnut brown color with no head. Aroma of oak, dark fruit, grape skins, and booze. Taste of oak, dark fruit, barrel, and Belgian yeast and spices. Although no head, there was lots of champagne like bubbles in the mouthfeel.
