Kannah Creek Blacks Bridge Stout

Draught at brewery. Pours black with a large, creamy, dark brown head, diminishing with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (molasses, chocolate, toasted, nutty), light hops (grass), average yeast (leather) with notes of dates, tar, and charcoal. Medium bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

On tap @ Kannah Creek poured a clear dark brownish black with a creamy lasting amber head. Aromas of chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Palate was light bodied and very smooth. Flavors of coffee, vanilla and cocoa with a smooth lingering bitter finish.
