Nov 3, 2008 On tap at the brewpub in Grand Junction. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium white head. The aroma was full of tons of spices and loads of banana. The flavor was similar; loads of sweet banana and a huge clove and other spice flavors. A medium mouthfeel, pretty nice. A good hefe. Very aggressive but also easygoing.

Jun 30, 2008 Draught at brewery. Pours clear yellow with a small, fizzy, white head, mostly diminishing with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (hay, straw), average hops (citrus), average yeast (dough) with notes of banana, clove, and bubble gum. Light bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Jun 4, 2007 On tap @ Kannah Creek poured a cloudy gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of BIG BANANA, light bubblegum and a hint of clove. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, banana and a hint of clove with a crisp clean finish.
