Kannah Creek Pigasus Porter

Draught at brewery. Pours black with an average, creamy, light brown head, lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (chocolate, coffee, nutty), light hops (grass), average yeast (leather) with notes of smoke and tar. Medium bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Growler poured a clear reddish brown almost black with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of coffee, roasted malt and dark chocolate. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of roasted malt, coffee and a hint of chocolate with a smooth roasty finish.
