Aroma is average malt (bread, hay, meal), average hops (flowers, citrus), average yeast (sweat) with notes of apple and pear. Medium bodied, thin texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness and acidity, moderate bitterness. ratman197 (2190), Arvada, Colorado, USA Apr 15, 2007 Growler poured a clear amber with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of carmel, pine, light citrus and a hint of earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel, orange, grapefruit and a hint of pine with a lingering moderatly bitter finish.
