Rich amber in color with a distinctive hoppy characteristic, the Standing Wave Pale Ale is brewed in a traditional English style with Crystal malts and a select variety of American hops. Its complex malty flavor, crisp hop balance and inviting aroma make sipping this ale a real pleasure for the senses.

Bottle from trade with fonefan, many thanks! Leicht trübe orangegelbe Farbe, ordentliche leicht beige Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig nach Aprikose und Pfirsisch, sehr hopfig. Geschmack leicht hopfig fruchtig, Aprikosen, leider fehlt diesem Bier die hopfige Bitterkeit, dennoch gut trinkbar.

Bottle with understated thanks to coyotehunter. Pours a light coppery color with a thin to medium-sized head of white foam and a soapy aroma. Flavor is full of a spicy edginess and a floral/soapy presence that balances against the malt. Not great, not awful... somewhere in the middle.

Pleasant well-rounded brew with some piney hops, some very gently sweet malts and a dry finish. Slightly flat carbonation brings the total experience down somewhat.

Poured from bottle. Copper color with huge off white head that persisted and laced the sides of the glass. Nose is tropical fruit with caramel malts. Medium light mouthfeel. Nice grapefruit and orange peel flavors. Finishes slightly bitter. Very drinkable.

A cloudy brown yellowish collor with a white head. The aroma is fun with some caramel, toffee, and a bit of citrus. The flavor is slightly bitter with a huge bit of caramel and malt. Holy crap this is a good EPA. Ive kept this at room temp for 3 months and its perfect that way. GIT SUMMMM!!!!
