Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ HenrikSoegaard Sommerhus Tasting - Handrup Strand.

Clear medium to dark amber brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, roasted, caramel, light coffee. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration. dusty malt, roasted malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110626]

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a little maghoni reddish hue. Lacing off-white head. Light butterish aroma and a bit of roasted malt. Flavour is slight roasted malt, mild fruity/nutty note and a whiff of metal. Malty and slight bitter finish with more butter in the far finish.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also light notes of bread. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw, caramel, and bread.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, dark brown with an orange hue and an off-white head. Lightly sweetish aroma of roasted malt. Medium body, sweetish, roasted malt with a light, fruity touch and a dry, hoppy finish. 171207

Bottle courtesy fonefan. Nice creamy head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, caramel, nuts and hops. Nice and fresh.

Bottle. Pours red-brown. Fair head. Beige small head. Sweet caramel toasty malty aroma. The flavour is quite sweet, bit smoky, with roasted malt, caramel, bitter hops and slight chocolate. Sweet roasty bitter finish.

It’s nearly black with a red hue and a creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and caramel. The flavor has a light sweetness and lovely notes of licorice, roasted malt, rye bread, caramel and towards the slightly dry finish also hints of coffee, but finishing with licorice. Really nice!

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. MOderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Some caramellic notes. Oily palate.

Bottle. Very dark brown with medium tan head. Flavour is light roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, hops, little bitter and little sweet.

Bügelverschlußflasche. Deep chestnut-amber coloured, smaller lacy ebony head. Toasted, caramelly nose with a grainy and chocolatey touch. Moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, quite soft MF. Some subtle fruitiness of dried berries in the drier, moderate dark-malty and slightly bitter finish. Good, well balanced Dunkel.........
