COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Unser Zwicklbier ist seit November 2001 auf dem Markt. Es ist unfiltriert, bernsteinfarben bis rötlich in der Farbe und mild gehopft. Die Stammwürze von 12,5 % und der Alkoholgehalt von 5,3 % ergibt zusammen mit den wertvollen Rohstoffen ein sehr süffiges Bier.

bottle, many thanks to jonas! Hazy golden-orange colour, large fluffy head. Burnt malt in the nose. Robust grainy character with a touch of yeast. Smooth palate. A very pleasant beer.

Bottle. Cloudy orange-golden, big golden creamy head. Salty fruity aroma. Light caramel entry, salt./clay, apples and pears. Chewy, medium to light body, light sparkly mouthfeel.. Maybe slightly oxidized, would like to try a fresher sample.

Clear light to medium amber yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, burnt plastic, meat, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and burnt plastic bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090830]

Slightly hazy. Dull tan-amber. Thick head. Soft carbonation. The aroma is slightly spicy, slightly toasty. Soft, toasty character. Finishes minerally, with a slight hint of butterscotch. Decent beer, but it is subtle.

Bottle @ Jewish museum, Furth. Nice dark golden-coppery color. Tight and lasting white head. Sweet malty aroma is of cereal. Lively carbonation but a soft palate. the flavors are sweet but has a spicy aftertaste. Not bad.
