Draught at a beerfest, Budapest.
Brown colored beer with a fine creamy tan head. Aroma of some cocoa, light roasted character, yeast, moderated herbal hops. Médium bodied beer, flavor started with caramel and yeast, after a slip comes a nice coffee and roasted malt bit. Fine.

500ml bottle. This is a nothing special dark lager. Almost black, but malt and taste not so smokey and big, so it is tricky. You can feel some caramel and citric aroma, maybe some earth. This a dry dunkel, i like it, but expensive for nothing special.

Draught at Főzdefeszt III, Budapest. Black coloured, small off-white head, light malty nose. Pretty light taste also, some chocolate, caramel and passion fruit (Maja said?!) with short and moderate dry finish. Nothing special here.

Főzdefeszt, Bp. Dark brown in colour with a small beige head. Malty nose and aroma with caramel and brown sugar escorted by slightly roasted malt. Sweetish, medium dry finish. Easy drinkable, mild dunkel one.

At the F-Fest. 700 for this one, damn. Daaark brown body with a slightly off white head. Extremely light malty aroma, extremely light malty tastr. Utterly overattenuated? Dunno but agreed, no alcohol taste... Hm. Not planning on returning to this stand. Not off in any way, just unbelivably featureless.

Egyszerű, de finom kis dunkel, a maga kis édeskés testével, könnyen fogyasztható, egyáltalán nem érződik a 7%-os alkoholmennyiség. Én amolyan ivósörnek mondanám. Beilleszkeik a cseh dunkelek sorába. Simán.

Bottled, at Muskátli Vendéglő, Orrfü, Hungary. Brown colour with big cottony head. Aroma from stem and seawater. Pretty weak smell. Ligh bodied and one-dimensional, yet pretty tasty with chocolate (and other dark) malts and German style hops a la northern brewer that gives a touch of juniper. Very low biterness. I was surprised by the thin body and the lack of alcohol feel, given the high abv.
