3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
0.5 l bottle from Kredenc. Big head, smells sweet, some breads some herbs. Tastes sweet, some bread. Beer itself brings a typical unfiltered lager taste, yeasty, sweet. Mild bitterness, a bit more present in the aftertaste. Bitterness is a bit metallic. Carbonation is soft, moderate. Body is light, OK for this Balling. Nothing special, but overall a nice drinkable brew.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
From 0,5l bottle. Pours almost clear golden liquid, medium soapy white head, fell down quickly. Aroma: sweet, strong elderflower aroma. strange and inappropriate for a pilsner lager. Taste: medium sweet, light bitter, light sour, strong elderflower taste, I´m still not sure about the beer style, if it is not a fruit beer? pleasant bitterness at the end, but also minor metal taste. Palate: medium body, slick texture, average to soft carbonation, long fruity sweet finish. Overall: I should check with my Hungarian speaking friend about this beer and it´s dominant elderflower taste... but drinkable, nice fruit-spice/herb? lager.
