Unser Kapuziner Kellerweizen ist ein besonderer Genuss für anspruchsvolle Weizenbier-Kenner. Durch die Zugabe feiner Hefe aus brauereieigener Feinzucht erhält es seine typisch obergärige feine Note und seinen ausgeprägt aromatisch fruchtigen Geschmack. Wir empfehlen vor dem Trinken die Hefe ruch Schwenken der Flasche aufzuschütteln. Auf den ursprünglichen Genuss. Zum Wohl. Gebraut nach dem Deutschen Reinheitsgebot.

Schöne Flasche, altes Design, Bügelverschluss, passt. Optisch fast wie ein Colaweizen, leicht dunkel, naturtrüb, hübsch. Nur der Schaum bricht gleich weg. In der Nase ungewöhnlich karamellig, keine Banane. Im Trunk kommt sie dann doch leicht durch, angenehme Süße, im Abgang leicht bitter. Doch, das lässt gut weglecken.

Rispetto alla hefeweizen dello stesso birrificio presenta un color ambrato carico, sempre velato dai lieviti in sospensione. In aggiunta alle classiche note presenti in quella tradizionale presenta note di toffe ed un discreto finale luppolato.

Nice sweet bready aroma, some banana, Sweetish wheaty malts, full smooth touch toffeeish. Some tomato hints alas. Hoppy finish, nice bitterness. Pretty classic German Hefe.
