Jul 30, 2008 Deep golden beer, white head. Medium complex aroma with wheat, yeast and a little banana. Some underlying malty sweetness. Good carbonation and yet a creamy mouthfeel. Overall very drinkable.

Jul 6, 2008 50cl bottle @ gasthof, Southern Germany. Pours clear golden with a large fluffy head. Aroma is of wheat & lots of grain & hay, very lager like with a hint of banana. Crisp. Pleasant!

Jun 1, 2008 (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big eggshell-coloured foamy head. A bit dusty, liht-sweet, moderately wheaty nose with a restrained fruity touch and notes of cloves and nutmeg. Light bitter flavour, dry malty, moderately wheaty and slightly fruity taste with a whiff of cara-malt; slim bodied although it has an abv of 5.4%; dry and bitter-sweet finish with shy fruity notes. Boring Kristallweizen that lacks fruit-character (29.05.08).
