Bottle. Pours murky amber with a frothy white head. Rather faint and artificial banana aroma as well as alcohol. Bitter, doesn’t taste like weissbier at all. Light body, faint honey aroma. Must be bad.

Pours clear golden color with a medium sized head. Aroma of fruits, mild wheat notes and grass. Flavor of hay, fruits, some herbal notes and some butter.

Assaggiata in bottiglia da 50 cl. Il colore è splendido, un giallo oro molto intenso. La schiuma non è finissima ma si assottiglia abbastanza lentamente. In realtà il problema è l’aroma, poco intenso e poco confacente ad weiss. Al palato è acquosa, poco corpo e poco sapore. Direi che, anche se è un weiss filtrata, gli mancano il carattere e la pienezza delle concorrenti.

Aroma is somewhat wheaty with some banana esthers. Flavour has banana esthers, some wheat and hints of citrus. A good Kristall‐Weizen, but still just a shadow of the unfiltered one.

Bottle. Clear light copper color with a thick frothy white head. Not much aroma, maybe a little wheat in it. Taste is too much towards a bulk pale lager.

Bottle 50cl, a yellow beer with medium had. Aroma is quite malty, wheat and toasted notes, medium sweet to dry. Sweet fruit notes on apple and banana, hopy at the finish, basic but correct.

Pours a clear golden colour with a white, quite thick head on the edges. Lazy visible bubbles. Aroma of sweet malts with some medium spiciness. Flavour of sweet malts, wheat, orange juice with some light fruity bitterness. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and a light, slightly dry finish of wheat and light fruits. High drinkability and no flaws at all. Nice one.
