COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The most refreshing beer in the world. Malted wheat and special yeast give Kapuziner Weissbier its light touch and distinctive taste - a yeasty tang offset by a solid malt body and a delightful tropical fruitiness. Unfiltered yeast lends a hazy, seductive look.

Can. Pours hazy golden with a diminishing frothy white medium head. Aroma is quite malty with wheat, banana, herbal, caramel, bread, light citrus and flowers. Tastes is light´sweet and very light bitter. Body is light, texture is soft and carbonation is moderate. Finishes sweet.

Bottle 50 cl, fliptop, BBE 04.01.2014. Pours hazy dark golden in color with a foamy white head. Wheat, burnt rubber and ripe fruityness in aroma and its get even more fruitier after pouring the yeast sediment in. A bit of sour wheat at first which later on turns to more sweeter and fruitier notes of banana. Nice, refreshing and easy-to-drink hefeweizen. A bit of sweet brown sugary notes, ripe banana and slighty burnt grains in aftertaste. So smooth mouthfeel, I did like this one a lot.

Bottle. Best Before Date 18.2.13. Hazy to murky golden with white head. Funky bubblegum aroma, sweet challa bread, caramel and toffee. Tastes sweet, bubblegum and some spiciness but mostly sweet and peach-like. Medium-to0full body, carbonated and sweet finish.

Nice pour, but flavor and aroma leave something to be desired. Standard weizen aromas and flavors, but a lot fainter than in some of its competitors. Surprised at the high ratings, as I don’t think it’s that good.....After all I’ve read, I’m a bit disappointed

Hazy yellow with big staying lacing white foam head. Aroma is malty, with citrus, orange notes. Taste is good weißbier, but nothing outstanding. Short fresh little citrus aftertaste.
