COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The most refreshing beer in the world. Malted wheat and special yeast give Kapuziner Weissbier its light touch and distinctive taste - a yeasty tang offset by a solid malt body and a delightful tropical fruitiness. Unfiltered yeast lends a hazy, seductive look.

Pours hazy yellow with a big beige head. Aroma is sweetish and fruity. Taste is very fruity with banana, yeast and clove. Bitter notes strengthens towards finish. A decent weissbier, but sweeter than most. (0,5 l bottle)

Golden orange color covered with thick white foam with good retention. Very rich aroma, plenty of banana, lemon and orange, well accompanied with spices and flowers. Taste is very balanced, with sweet malts , citrus and banana with cinnamon, clove, pepper and floral hops traces.

Bottle. Appearance is absolutely perfect, cloudy golden-amber with a big beige head. Aromas are mainly banana, with some fruits and yeast. Taste pretty sour for a hefe, could the beginning mistaken for a sharp alcohol taste, very dry and more hopped than usual. Carbonation is average, with a thick mouth feel. Not bad, but not my favourite.

Bought this mostly for the reusability of the swing top bottle, never-the-less this was a good hefeweizen. I would drink it again for sure.

Weissbeer have up untill now not been my favorite beerstyle, but this is one of the few I have really liked so far. Its a light golden beer with a white head. I really like the taste of banana and some lemon and I think I got some cherry as well. Very fruity and very pleasent and refreshing. Will definately have this again.

Shared a 50cl bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a fluffy white head. Aroma is banana, clove, yeasty, dough, citrus and fruity. Average carbonation and medium body. Taste is well balanced, more sweet than bitter with some citrus notes. Overall, a nice wheat beer but a bit watery.

A realy very nice Wiessbier, with a lovely fruity flavor, but the wheat is not very intense in this beer.
