COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The most refreshing beer in the world. Malted wheat and special yeast give Kapuziner Weissbier its light touch and distinctive taste - a yeasty tang offset by a solid malt body and a delightful tropical fruitiness. Unfiltered yeast lends a hazy, seductive look.

On tap at Dutch’s. Totally hazy kind of darker orange color. Thin off-white head, leaving loose bits and ropes of lace. Medium-plus body. Smooth, lightly soft, lighter carbonation. Light slick. Good hefe yeast aroma, some stale bread, mild banana and spice. Hint of vanilla in the finish. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter, lightly spicy with a more dry finish in the taste. Solid hefeweizen.

Nice clove banana aroma... Heavy on banana. Nice orange color. Sweet wheat up front, mixed with fruit, banana and spice. Finishes really sweet with tiny note of bitterness.

500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with average, thick, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, white head. Wheaty, yeasty and slightly fruity aroma, hints of banana, apple, pear, some clove. Taste is minimally sweet wheaty, minimally tart fruity, slightly yeasty spicy, notes of banana, apple, a touch of lemon, dry, minimally herbal hoppy overtones. Very solid Weizen.

Piwo z kega.

Pours a cloudy but bright yellow with white head. Bananas, cloves, wheat, and yeast on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes a little sweet.

Swing top bottle, 500 ml, at home. Poured into a big weizen glass, ABV 5.4% Hazy body, honey orange in colour, with almost three fingers of white head, very thick, with fantastic retention, leaving light lacing around the glass. Yeasty aroma, with clove, wheat, weak banana. Taste of wheat, more banana here and ripe pears, still lots of clove. Very refreshing. Medium thin body, average carbonation. Overall quite good hefe, not the most aromatic one but still tasty and drinkable.
