bottle shared with my fiance. The pour is cloudy yellow with a spicy citrus nose. The flavors include bread, banana, and a little spicy black pepper. This was very refreshing on a 83 degree October day.

500ml Bottle. Appearance is hazy, orange color with medium, off-white head. Aroma is fruity, bananas, and spice. Taste is also fruity with some wheat, citrus, and a slight hop bitterness. Palate is medium-bodied, smooth texture, average carbonation, and a long-lasting tart finish.

Kapuziner Weissbier on tap @ BierBar Alkopole.  Translucent golden, thick creamy crown. Aroma is very nice vanilla cookies, light lemon, banana. Creamy and richly flavored. Delicious.

Hazy dark yellow with a big and lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, banana and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 250911

Spice and bready malts in the aroma. The flavor is bready with yeast and lemons. A very good hefeweizen.

Cloudy golden colour with big fluffy white head. Caramel sweetness, wheat, mild yeast, rubber and banana in aroma. Flavour is mild sweetness, wheat, yeast and mild banana. Low carbonation.

Sörspecialista, Budapest. Ködös narancsszínű búzasör, közepes méretű, nem túl kitartó laza fehér habbal. Illata inkább gabonás és lágyan malátás, mintsem gyümölcsös és élesztős. Ízében ezek már jobban érvényesülnek, banán és citrusfélék enyhe íze főleg az utóízében teljesedik ki, némi élesztővel kiegészülve. Közepesen testes, kellemesen szénsavas és száraz főzet, ami a legtöbb búzasörtől eltérően nem annyira savanykás és gyümölcsös.
