Apr 17, 2006 Bottle (Utobeer): Darker hazy gold with a large lasting fluffy white head. Sweetish biscuity malts, mild spicy cinnamon and clove. Some banana notes. Smooth tasty body. Good stuff.

Apr 12, 2006 In the 0.5 L bottle at the Huber Haus Weissbier tasting 4/11/6. A beautiful beer. Cloudy dark gold with a big ivory head. Aroma yeasty and doughy with a nice fruitiness. Flavor is sweet with clove and fruit tastes. Has a good thick palate.

Light hazy yellow. Head is pretty poor considering the style. Lovely fruity aroma, almost exotic, along with phenols. Big on Co2, wonderful exotic fruity esters with a light phenolic touch in flavour. Vanilla is also there. Very yummy. Big body.

Apr 7, 2006 A nice, refreshing hefe-weizen. The color is a cloudy maple. The beer has a bit of a banana taste and smell. This is a smooth beer which is great to drink all the time, but particularly on a nice day.

Mar 31, 2006 Bottle at issac newton’s. Pours cloudy yellow with a very large billowing frothy white head. Aroma of yeast and wheat (just an ok aroma). The flavor is wheat, banana (and lots of it), and spices, and yeast. Good body, great brew.

Mar 29, 2006 Thanks to Crizay for providing this one. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma was banana, clove, yeast, and other spices. Flavor was big banana with complimenting cloves and spices. Good body and damn good shit.
