Light hazy yellow. Head is pretty poor considering the style. Lovely fruity aroma, almost exotic, along with phenols. Big on Co2, wonderful exotic fruity esters with a light phenolic touch in flavour. Vanilla is also there. Very yummy. Big body. clueo (112), Pennsylvania, USA Apr 7, 2006 A nice, refreshing hefe-weizen. The color is a cloudy maple. The beer has a bit of a banana taste and smell. This is a smooth beer which is great to drink all the time, but particularly on a nice day. stegosaurus (1882), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 31, 2006 Bottle at issac newton’s.
