Commercial Description:
The most refreshing beer in the world. Malted wheat and special yeast give Kapuziner Weissbier its light touch and distinctive taste - a yeasty tang offset by a solid malt body and a delightful tropical fruitiness. Unfiltered yeast lends a hazy, seductive look.

Hazy golden weizen with a thick creamy white head. Pleasant cloves and bananas in aroma, very classic and enjoyable. In mouth, rich malt with nice lemon notes, bananas and spice make it true to style. Medum bodied. Bottle is more than a yr old, and it is still good. From Degarth.

Courtesy of Crizay <P> Aroma of yeast, banana and sweeter citrus fruits. Yellow body with a fluffy white head. Very yeasty in the fore bringing lots of banana, citrus and some clove. Nice mouth feel and pretty dang tasty.

Yellow/orange color, frothy head. Big banana flavor along with orange, pepper, yeast, straight up good standard hefe-weizen.

[bottle - 16.9 oz] Cloudy yellow pour with a fizzy white head. Slight aroma of citrus mixed with wheat, other grains, some yeast and some banana. Lots of carbonation in the taste, and the flavor begins with a very slight citrus taste with a very smooth wheat middle and a dry, crisp and palate cleansing finish. Very light and refreshing. Not a bad hefe.

Very nice beer. I tried it out on a 50 cl bottle, and it was perfect to me in every aspect. Surely recommendable, no doubt.
