EithCubes (2140), Indiana, USA Dec 16, 2005 Bottle. Huuge and enduring white head. Inviting aroma, that of a typcial Hefe. Very cloudy, very wheaty, very malty, very fruity (more than just banana - what is that?). Smooth, creamy finish, thankfully not sweet. Goood. Ron (1002), Rochester, New York, USA Dec 13, 2005 One bottle that poured a large head. Very cloudy as should be. Some banana and yeast. Very refreshing beer. jb (1024), Rochester, New York, USA Dec 11, 2005 Cloudy, yeast, banana and cloves in the nose. Bananas in the palate. Nice delicate beer. DougShoemaker (2855), Toronto, Canada Oct 29, 2005 Aroma has wheat, spice and banana, cloudy yellow/brown, pretty off-white head, leaves some lace too. Tastes of wheat, cloves, and mildly of banana. Light bodied, balanced and smooth. Very good. Thanks mds. JensenTaster (1585), Denmark Oct 27, 2005 (on bottle) Hazy, flat orange colour, lasting white head. Abricots-banana sent. Ticklish carbonation, fat vanilla mouthfeel. In fact a very powerfull vanilla-taste too, the whoe beer became more and more x-mas-like throughout the drink. Soft and drikable beer. mds (2112), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Oct 16, 2005 bottle. hazy golden body with a fluffy white head. aroma is like a typical hefeweizen - subtle fruit, pronounced spice, yeast, and grassy hops. the body is soft and creamy with light banana and bubblegum flavours. light peppery spice in the finish. very quenching and refreshing though there isn’t a whole lot of depth. thegreenrooster (1811), St.louis, Missouri, USA Oct 14, 2005 Pour is a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is a nice mix of yeast and cloves. Flavor is also above par with lots of banana and vanilla with a touch of cloves and a kick of lemon at the end. Above average hefe. frankenkitty (1900), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA Oct 6, 2005 Bottle poured a brown-tinted amber, thickly hazed. An off-white head settled in as a thick, creamy film. Aromas were hefeweizen-typical, but very forward. The flavor had a defined malted character supporting the spiced and fruity yeast. Finish was dirty, yet soft carbonation helped to create a creamy mouthfeel.
