Commercial Description:
The most refreshing beer in the world. Malted wheat and special yeast give Kapuziner Weissbier its light touch and distinctive taste - a yeasty tang offset by a solid malt body and a delightful tropical fruitiness. Unfiltered yeast lends a hazy, seductive look.

This was a very solid hefe. Light golden in color, slightly hazy, with a massive bright-white head. Young banana aroma with cloves and vanilla bean. Flavor was a tad lighter than I would have liked, but the mellow yeastiness and slight citris (mandarin oranges) was still very tasty. I’d have this again.

Bottle. Clouded gold with a tall foamy white head. Nose is wheat, light citrus, bubblegum, spices, and some sugary notes. Light yeast as well. Taste is a sweeter German hefeweizen. Wheat, sweet malts, bubblegummy notes, light yeast and mild citrus. Body is light and refreshing. Mildy carbonated feel to it. Finish is lighter wheat and yeast, some lemon pie, light bubblegum and spice. Delicious hefeweizen!

Dense, creamy and adherent foam; optimal persistence. Yellow pale color, veiled and extremely torbid. Much effervescent and movement. Determined and strong scent; rumors of wine cellar, malt and mildew. Typical of the weiss. Fresh and refreshing taste. Pungent and spiced. Determined and pleasant bitter, much balanced one.

Lively fruity, vanilla aroma eminating from a solid white head. Yellow body, just a touch cloudy with lots of carbonation. Soft palate, medium to light body. Taste is sweet and fruity with bananna esters. Long drawn out finish that is bitter, earthy, mineralized and just slightly drying. Quite a nice hefe, very pleasing and refreshing.

Hazy orange, big foamy head. Fresh, lemony wheat aroma. Lighjt to medium-bodied. Crisp, refreshing hefeweizen. Lacks depth, but clean and quite balanced.
