Commercial Description:
The most refreshing beer in the world. Malted wheat and special yeast give Kapuziner Weissbier its light touch and distinctive taste - a yeasty tang offset by a solid malt body and a delightful tropical fruitiness. Unfiltered yeast lends a hazy, seductive look.

Pours a hazy gold, lots of cascading happening. Banana aroma. Small white head quickly recedes. Fizzy mouthfeel. WATERY! Hints of banana and lemon, but very distant. Tastes like a Hefe Light.

Bottled. Fruity banana aroma with hints of yeast. Lemony, spicy taste with notes of banana and a certain fruitiness beside the banana. The finish is maybe a tad watery, which is the only downside of this otherwise excellent hefeweizen.

Very refreshing and smooth, provides that invigorating hefe-weizen flavor. Great malt wheat and sweet bread flavor. Very good stuff.

Bottle: Hazy orange yellow color, with a large small-bubbled rocky white head. Spicy banana aroma with a touch of orange. Fizzy carbonation and thin mouthfeel, starts and ends slightly sweet.

Bottle. Light banana/clove aroma. Tan color - cloudy with ample, lasting head. Full wheat malt flavor with lighter fruit and spice notes (banana, raspberry, clove). Nice but would like more body and flavor.

Dark bodied wheat beer with a banana and bitter aroma. Quite a strong citric flavour with a lot of bitterness, overall an OK beer.

Pretty nice WeissBier!
Poured a rather dark golden / bronze body with a fat frothy ivory head. The aroma and flavor bring a bulky suggestion of banana nut bread. Nice spiciness, clove, coriander, a hint of black pepper. Slightly tart with orange and lemon with a yeasty and doughy ending. Overall it seems to be a rounded, biscuity and every enjoyable Weiss…. This is a sincere brew that is tough not to like.
