Bottle. Color haze yellow with medium head. Aroma wheat, spicy, orange. Taste wheat, bread, orange.

Good white head. Usual cloudy blond pour. A very good weissbier :-)

Druaght at TJ’s: Aroma of banana, wheat, light coriander, and some yeast. Poured yellow in color with a medium-sized, creamy, dense, white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Hazy. Sparkling. Very good lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of wheat, banana, and slight spice. Light body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Banana, wheat, and slight spice finish. Very smooth.

UPDATED: OCT 25, 2011 Clean Aroma, but not very strong, with a hint of citrus. White head sank quickly for a wheat beer, and left almost no lacing, but did not disappear completely. Beer itself was cloudy and golden coloured.Taste was a little thin, light, and left almost no ending except for quickly dissolving tough of bitterness. Lively carbonation.
Overall, not a fantastic beer, but would make for a good light summer drink. Especially combined with lemonade/sprite (russ). I drank this in August with 34 degrees C outside, and it definitely fit the bill. At 5.4% it’s a little heavy for a session beer, but you can definitely go back to work after one of these. :) The bottle is a real find, especially for a homebrewer, always on the lookout for resealable bottles.

Standard form of weizenbier. And "standard" in weizenbier means damn good.

Bottle/tap not sure. Haze yellow. Flavours of citrus and spices; coriander! Resin and wild garlic (ramson). Very nice hefe.

Die Optik ist noch das Beste an diesem HW. Schon die Geruchsprobe offenbart kein Meisterwerk: hefig und metallisch-herb. Leichte Fäkalnuancen.
Geschmacklich hefig, sehr bitterbetont mit Metall. Etwas prickelnde Säure mit bananigem Beiwerk hebt das Geschmacksbild, dem Herrgott sei Dank, wieder etwas an.
