The most refreshing beer in the world. Malted wheat and special yeast give Kapuziner Weissbier its light touch and distinctive taste - a yeasty tang offset by a solid malt body and a delightful tropical fruitiness. Unfiltered yeast lends a hazy, seductive look.

alcohol, hazy, white foam, light sweetness, light body, soft carbonation, lighter in taste than the aroma would indicate

Pours a cloudy yellow on tap with fluffy dissipating white head and light lacing. Aroma of wheat, German yeast, and peppery ester notes. Tastes like a standard hefeweiss, not bad, but nothing all that great. Would be a good standby to weihenstephaner.

Serving: Draft. It pours a hazy, pale yellow with a small white head. The nose has spicy wheat notes with solid clove and banana. Maybe a little white pepper. Zesty mouthfeel with a well balanced combination of wheat, yeast, banana, clove, and spice. Light body with higher carbonation. Nice wiess.

On tap at the Holy Grale. Cloudy dark yellow pour with a white head. Spice aromas. Clove, spices, and biscuit notes. Good body and mouthfeel. Cream wheat overtones. Laura really likes this one....

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 1pt .9oz swing top bottle into a tall weizen glass. The label has the abv (5.4%) and no freshness date. Appearance: A tall, thick and creamy off white head sits on top of a hazy golden liquid. Tons of carbonation flows up though the beer to support the head. On the glass the slow fading head leaves long sticky fingers of lacing. Smell: I get notes of banana and clove like yeast over a pale wheat base. (All the classic hits.) Taste/Palate: There are notes of sweet banana bread with nuts and raw pale wheat backed up with mild hop bitterness. The hops add a mellow citrus note to the finish. Its texture is mellow and smooth but not slick. Carbonation is well balanced. Notes: This is a very solid Hefeweizen.

Bottle 0,50L. Murky light brown colour, with barely visible, but lively carbonation and big white head, that fall down on a minimum. Aroma of white bread, wheat and light banana. Pepper, crispy mouthfeel (because of lively carbonation), medium bodied, taste is light bitter and turns into moderate bitter aftertaste. Average hefe...

Aroma: Spicy clove, equal gum/banana balance, light pepper. Appearance: Cloudy gold with a foamy white head. Clove, gummy notes with some banana; light and bright overall with some fruity notes (beside the obligatory banana). Palate: Light body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, long finish. Overall: Very nice Weissbier. On tap at Holy Grale in a 0.5 L weizen glass.

Can. A lovely weisbeir. Looks great- hazy blonde with scattered head. Slightly musty nose with fruit some cloves. Nicely restrained banana flavour- just how I like it. Not too sweet, not too spicy. Nicely rounded and calm mouthfeel. All adds up to a quality weisbier.

Countbeer (4078) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - SEP 20, 2013
Bottle: Served in a glass Stein: Medium to bigger sized, thick, white creamy foamy head on top of a hazy dark yellow to hazy orange colored beer. Aromas of carbo gass, banana, bread, cabbage, plants, garbage and some hints of wheat, corn and malts. Flavours of wheat, banana, strange malts and strange bitters, some floral plant ish tones, bread, yeast, old oranges, hay, old flowers and some different fruit skins... Aftertaste is bread, yeast, hay, malts, wheat, plants and light bitter. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium bodied and a light creamy texture. Mwa, a drinkable but nothing great Weissbier. Slightly unbalanced. Comes in a good looking bottle though...
