The most refreshing beer in the world. Malted wheat and special yeast give Kapuziner Weissbier its light touch and distinctive taste - a yeasty tang offset by a solid malt body and a delightful tropical fruitiness. Unfiltered yeast lends a hazy, seductive look.

The aroma is storng of yeast and wheat. The color is an unclear dark orange and it has a beutiful lasting white head. The flavor is smooth wheaty with strong yeast notes. It turns lemony-sour toward the end before it ends on a wheaty dry and rather bitter note for a german wheat beer.

Bottle. Murky orange with big white head. Nice aroma of yeast and spices. Fairly thin, soft carbonation is good, somewhat bitter flavor and unbalanced. There are better hefeweizens.

Let's face it...this is a pretty ugly beer. The cloudiness leads it to an almost dishwater brown with a large white head. But, at the same time, this leads me to believe there are lots of little goodies in the beer, and so the appearance becomes less offensive. The nose here is very yeasty...pretty nice. Flavor is crisp and seems to have an almost bitter fruit note to it.

Yow, a can of wheat beer. Cloudy earthy yellow with a slight but tenacious head. Ripe fruit and corn mash with a skosh of cloves. Clove and bubble gum flavors are up front but seem bitter and thin into metallic ending, gives my lips a pucker. Wouldn't mind a bottle to compare. Its hazy seductive look does not convince me that it is the "World's most refreshing beer".

Pours a huge frothy head. Nice floral, banana and citrus aromas. Clean malt flavors. A little weak on the mouthfeel. Smooth somewhat yeasty character that leads to a dry finish. It is very refreshing.

Pours a hazy peach colour, with a big foamy beige head. Nose of bananas, clove, tropical fruit. Velvety smooth and cremy, hints of apricot, banana, clove, finishing acidic and refreshing.

Citric aroma and flavor, a bit yeasty. Pear, banana and just a bit of yeasty bitterness, but the emphasis is on the fruit and the freshness. Medium bodied. Not bad, but unmemorable.
