Commercial Description:
The most refreshing beer in the world. Malted wheat and special yeast give Kapuziner Weissbier its light touch and distinctive taste - a yeasty tang offset by a solid malt body and a delightful tropical fruitiness. Unfiltered yeast lends a hazy, seductive look.

The aroma is storng of yeast and wheat. The color is an unclear dark orange and it has a beutiful lasting white head. The flavor is smooth wheaty with strong yeast notes. It turns lemony-sour toward the end before it ends on a wheaty dry and rather bitter note for a german wheat beer.

(Bottle 50 cl) Unclear honey golden with a typical, dense head. Very fruity and yeasty notes in both aroma and flavour. A fine example of the style. 210101

From tap at Ølbaren. Bubblegum, wheaty and slight fruity aroma. Flavour is slight malty, wheaty and solid banana fruity. But somehow not unpleasant. Light spiced and mild wheaty finish. Quite nice, smooth and not too banana fruity.
