In the glass, the Weizen is dark orange-brown, with pearly head. Yeasty, spicy, slightly sweet smell. Starts yeasty-spicy, slightly tart, with pleasant fruity nuances. The center part is spicy, dominant yeasty, subtly fruity and acidic. Goes into a sour-yeasty finish.

Darker orange/pale amber coloured, big beige head, mild malty fruity nose. Sweetish malty, yeasty and fruity with notes of caramel and mild spicy touch. A bit weak but drinkable. No real winter character.

Hazy deep golden colour with a big dense off white head. Sweet fruity aroma, lots of banana and with a light caramel note. Sweet flavor, again some caramel and a faint fruityness. Light spicy finish.

Mittelhefiger Antrunk, sehr fruchtiger Mittelteil, in dem die Hefe weiter den Ton angibt. Grpßartige Aromenveränderungen durchlebt das Bier nicht gerade, so ist es kaum verwunderlich, dass im Nachgeschmack weiterhin die Hefe am stärksten auffällt, dazu eine leichte Herbe. Was dieses Bier für den Winter qualifiziert würde ich gerne mal von der Brauerei erfahren.

(bottle) Hazy and pale amber colour with a fluffy but diminishing off-white foam. Sweet malty nose strong banana esters and cloves. Sweet malty taste, light to medium bodied, lively carbonated, banana fruity, rather dry clovy finish, which is more tart than bitter. Decent and pretty drinkable.

Bottle. Small white head. Hazy yellow body. Fruity sweet berries aroma. Slight spicy. Sweet with some spice I cannot figure out.
