F.U.N. Series 003. The “regular” bourbon version is a blend of barrels from Heaven Hill Distillery which included: Evan Williams, Elijah Craig, and Old Fitzgerald. All of those barrels were then blended for the final product.

Great beer - This is comparable to a bourbon county, but is not as hot. It has a little more of the vanilla profile which I like. The vanilla version of this is absolutely phenomonal. SP? Anyway, this is a beer that is worth the price. Anything under $15 for a bottle is worth it. If you like bourbon aged beers, this is a good one.

Bottle thanks to Cloaker! Pours deep clear reddish black, medium creamy brown head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is bourbon, raisins, oak, molasses, brown sugar, cherries. Pretty standard aroma profile for a well crafted BA barleywine actually. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter, rich toffee notes, cherry, vanilla, bourbon. Minimal acidity, which is nice. Full body, creamy mouthfeel. Good beer.

It’s a pretty standard roasty bourbon barrel imperial porter. Not remarkable but good flavors and good aroma.

fantastic barrel aged porter. Tons of vanilla and chocolate notes. Some roast, very thick and creamy. Finish is brownies and roast. Loved it.

I love this beer. A bourbon barrel stout with vanilla added. Very nice. But it's hard to find. I was limited to two bottles. Very enjoyable.

The first good beer to come from the city of Houston. Finally, a decent, local, bourbon barrel aged beer can be found on shelves at a decent price. Perfectly integrated and deceptively crushable.

Warm bourbon and vanilla to the nose. Wonderful warmth of bourbon and vanilla continues on the tongue with a hint of caramel and coffee. It is like liquid candy. Highly recommended. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Highland Village, Tx. - Whole Foods - on tap. Deep, dark brown pour, medium thick off-white head, light film of lacing. Molasses, creosote, baker’s unsweetened chocolate in the aroma. Flavor has some raisin sweetness, a touch of chocolate, a brief hint of bourbon, but not overwhelming or distracting. Nice thick mouthfeel. Enjoyable, even though it us triple digits outside.
