COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Copper in color with ruby highlights, this Texas IPA has a strong citrus aroma with hints of earthiness and spice from the added European hops. Light berry fruits are perceived before giving way to citrusy hop character. Dry and quenching, this IPA is dry-hopped for added aromatic intensity.

Can from Eric, thanks! Pours a hazy amber with fair to medium sized off white head. Aroma is grapefruit and candy corn. Taste is slightly earthy with some odd chemical thing going on half way through until it bitters out and you can tell it is very much a hop forward beer. Almost some belgian type flavors coming into play. Very dry and bitter on the finish.

Can. Pours a dark, hazy amber with a lacy, large-grained cream head; there are red highlights when held up to the light. Nose is grapefruit, strawberry, new-mown grass, and just a faint touch of funk. Earthy on the front of the tongue with acidic, citric bitterness; brown sugar sweetness kicks in after that, balancing out the very tart dryness. Finish is long and warm. Good.

Mineral flavors, strong citrus tones, malty and slightly tannic. Big AIPA aroma, lots of everything and grapefruit. Medium-heavy body, woody citrus hop aftertaste. Think the hopheads will like this one. Lingering, heavily bitter finish. Not really my style though. On tap, Hay Merchant, Houston.

From can. Dark copper color with thin layer of white head. Hops and citrus in the nose with similar taste, giving way to a pleasant, grassy finish. Good balance; very easy to drink. Solid.

Clear amber beer with a small pale cream coloured head. Palate is slightly soft. Creamy malt base. Mild tangerine - orange hops, fruity but no real bitterness. Neutral finish. All right but a little bit on the polite side.

Can. The look is golden in color, ok white head, and mostly clear. The smell is fruits, hops, and nice. The taste is pine, fruit, spice, and good.

12 oz can. Clear orange brown with a slim head. Nose is orange, pine and citrus peel. Medium body with fluffy carb and lingering resin. Taste is lemon peel, orange marmalade and juniper. Finishes grassy and a bit gritty.

Mildly effective brew. Neither good nor bad. Hoppy notes. Tall head. Tangy, bitter flavor. Bitter wash down. Simplistic. My major issue is that it goes stale fast. You canít let it sit too long or it loses it appeal. Drinkable but not worth going out of your way for one. Basic fare.

Pours an orangey copper color with a frothy white head. Nose is floral hops and a hint of citrus. Flavor is nicely balanced bitter hop and sweet maltiness. Medium body. Lively carbonation. Lightly grassy finish. Good brew. I'll likely have another. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the Hay Merchant. Itís a lightly hazy dark golden beer with a dense, finger thick off-white head leaving lacings. The aroma is very tropical and flowery, some pineapple, peaches and pine cones. Some malty sweetness too. Thereís sweetness in the flavor too, balanced by a pleasant bitterness. Pine cones, peaches and some pineapple. Medium body, very soft on the carbonation. Bitter, fruity finish. Not the most exiting IPA Iíve had, but it doesnít taste bad and itís going down easily. 130825
