COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Copper in color with ruby highlights, this Texas IPA has a strong citrus aroma with hints of earthiness and spice from the added European hops. Light berry fruits are perceived before giving way to citrusy hop character. Dry and quenching, this IPA is dry-hopped for added aromatic intensity.

This brand-new brew from Karbach was had on tap and benefited hugely by being fresh, fresh, fresh. The color is a wonderful, clear copper with a characteristic American IPA nose: citrusy and spicy. The combination of malts and hops delivers a malty spice taste that went down very well (several pints’ worth, in fact). Even though fairly bold, it’s a good session beer – the brewer concentrated on taste without jamming on the alcohol.

Appearance: this beer pours with a huge beige head, takes a while to pour it down, the beer is a slightly hazy copper color, has nice head density Aroma: grass, pine, citrus, maybe caramel malt Taste: nice light sweetness, caramel, citrus, alcohol, wheat grain, grass, pretty good Palate: soft carbonation, bitter aftertaste, medium mouthfeel Overall: I like this, awesome head, nice complexity on the tongue, not too bitter, easy drinking ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap poured into a short tulip. Bright aromas of oranges, tangerines, and candy sugar come through with secondary notes of pine and grass. It pours an oily, clear gold-orange color with a soft, white, dense foam head. An abundant amount of dense soapy puff lace is left along the glass as a thick, soft layer of head is retained nearly throughout the drink. The taste is a medium high bitter with a medium sweetness. The oily, full body has a soft creamy carbonation. The flavor starts with sweet orange candy but finishes with grass and pine. Some caramel sneaks into the mix late. It has a fresh clean finish that blends well into the mild aftertaste that’s slightly astringent.

On tap in Houston Texas. Hazy caramel color with thick top hat white head. Tough to get aroma, mild, foam hinders smell. Light floral. Taste, medium light ipa strength. Old keg? I expected more from this beer.
