Copper in color with ruby highlights, this Texas IPA has a strong citrus aroma with hints of earthiness and spice from the added European hops. Light berry fruits are perceived before giving way to citrusy hop character. Dry and quenching, this IPA is dry-hopped for added aromatic intensity.

This brand-new brew from Karbach was had on tap and benefited hugely by being fresh, fresh, fresh. The color is a wonderful, clear copper with a characteristic American IPA nose: citrusy and spicy. The combination of malts and hops delivers a malty spice taste that went down very well (several pints’ worth, in fact). Even though fairly bold, it’s a good session beer – the brewer concentrated on taste without jamming on the alcohol.

Decent IPA, citrus grassy aroma, real bitter up front. Was pretty good cold and held aroma. Nice carbonation, good brew

On tap in Houston Texas. Hazy caramel color with thick top hat white head. Tough to get aroma, mild, foam hinders smell. Light floral. Taste, medium light ipa strength. Old keg? I expected more from this beer.

A decent average ipa. Nice head that fades slowly. Decent mouthfeel. Aroma is very light. This needs work. Taste is very nice balanced citrus tropical not very bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Houston Hobby. Pours clear orange with a dense white head and good lacing. Light aroma cracker and citric hops. Thick bodied, malty, tasty but not very hoppy.

Tap. Pours clear amber with a medium creamy beige head, great lacing. Aroma is buttery grapefruit, pine, caramel. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter, a bit harsh. Medium body.

Nice color pour that is cloudy and bright copper. Aromas of watermelon, cucumber and pine. Lacks hop character and malt is good but over abundant compared to the relatively weak hops. Some nice resin and pine in the background. Wish it was more in tune to an IPA.

Hazy dull light amber. Not pulling much aroma on this. Stale cheesy hop character with a little bit of caramel malts.
