COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Copper in color with ruby highlights, this Texas IPA has a strong citrus aroma with hints of earthiness and spice from the added European hops. Light berry fruits are perceived before giving way to citrusy hop character. Dry and quenching, this IPA is dry-hopped for added aromatic intensity.

On tap at Hay Merchant Houston. Super frothy head, nice grapefruit aroma, as well as other citrus and floral notes. A great IPA.

Citrus, pine, and floral aroma. Pours a dark, cloudy amber with a nice head that dissipates to a spotty head. Nice lacing. Heavy bitterness, but it doesn’t mask the malt, which comes through on the back end. Perfect carbonation, and a nice sticky mouthfeel. One of my favorite IPA’s!

Juicy citrus fruit, pine, floral hopping on nose and palate. Finishes nicely with sweet malt lingering. Earthy Euro hops not apparent until the brew warms a bit, changing the character of the flavor as the glass goes down. Warming unfortunately also reveals a slight edgy bittering note, slightly acrid, but this is the only flaw I can find in the tasty, balanced brew. Nothing crazy or outside the box here, but a solid American IPA that I could happily drink over and over.

355ml can. Canned in November of 14. Amber goldish pour, large foamy head that leaves lots of lacing. Aroma is hop candy with herbs and pine notes. The flavor is very different than they typicla american ipa. Leaning on euro hops and a biscuity malt body and thicker mouthfeel. It finishes nice and dry. Overall not bad but a step in a different direction that might catch some off-guard.

Tons of citrus and pine. Theres a lingering tropical fruit in the aroma. Has a really nice subtle sweetness as well. Taste is just awesome. Citrus, pine, nice sweet balance. Theres nothing to complain about with this IPA. It does everything right. Highly recommend if you can get it outside of Texas.

Draft at the Houston Hobby airport. Pours hazy amber copper with a fizzy off white head and lots of lacing. Tastes like musky, nutty hops, dry grapefruit, dry pine. Lingering aftertaste. Light/medium body and carbonation. Smells like orange citrus hops, nutty, light caramel, light musk.
