3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
At 5.5 this is what I call a session beer. Not any of that below 5 crap. Nice easy sipper that's still got plenty of flavor and a good hoppy bite. I don't normally order pale ales but this is hoppy enough to be borderline IPA and I'm good w/ that. Another solid beer from Karbach.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz can, purchased at the H.E.B, Austin, Tx in a mixed 12 pack. Color is darker than the start and Hefe, Amber hue to the gold. Aroma is fresh with mint, floral and citrus hop notes.
The flavor is mostly what the aroma tells me: mint or wintergreen notes right up front with the floral notes leading to a drying texture over the palate. Bitterness is nice and lingering at a moderate level. Overall this is a session style brew with a decent amount of flavor that pleases me.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a hazy golden orange from the can with fluffy white head that dissipates to leave good lace. Aroma of mild citrus and earth over pale malt base. Taste is slightly more hop forward, clean and easy with mild bitterness. Nice easy drinker.

Tap at Cedar Creek. Very slightly murky light orange pour with a smaller white head. Fruity and floral aroma and taste. Some piney dankness. Slightly syrupy palate. Solid.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On draft at IAH, yay Houston! Poured a light orange, slight head. Aroma of citric hops, grapefruit, tangerine, slight pine, slight caramel malt. Flavor matched. A very solid APA, managed to be good in this category without straying into IPA territory.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Austin, Tx - Opal Divine’s Marina - on tap. Slightly hazy medium copper pour, sticky snow white head with nice lacing. Spruce aroma, hints of wintergreen. Solid IPA flavor with some solid citrus bitterness, a touch of caramel sweetness, some nectarine - like fruitiness. Full, rich mouthfeel.

A lightly hopped pale ale, with decent malt balance. Light body, highly carbonated. Average overall.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: FEB 1, 2016 On tap, poured into a pint. A pleasant citrus blossom note comes forth (peach) first, dampens, then follows with a distinct fruit stripes note supported by a subtle caramel. It’s a brilliantly clear, yellow amber hue topped by a white, dense soap head that has good lace and retention. The beer is a balanced medium sweet and bitter. The texture is oily with a soft, fuzzy carbonation and medium body. Juicy citrus hits the palate first, followed by a finish that’s crisp and grassy with notes of sweet grapefruit. The aftertaste is clean with just a light spice and a mild, cloying, waxy character and flavor.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tap in a pint glass at Brew Exchange in Austin. Concept is very cool albeit not original. Execution of pricing is in question. Aroma is hops and pretty fresh. Taste is a standard pale ale fare but still enjoyable. Hops and pine but not overwhelming. Smooth mouthfeel. Easy to drink. Nothing too original but worth a try.
