Can:   Pillowy, light, has a powdery aroma and taste to it, much like Danish examples.   Light hop aroma and flavor, minor bitterness, soft sweetness.   Light example, clean, very pale, almost too pale.   Thanks Bill!

12oz can from Zinister. Lighter orange amber brew, clear with Small white head that quickly settles. Light aroma of citrus and fruit. Taste is very light malt at the start with a very restrained fruity hops towards the end. Modest resin at the very end. Well crafted APA with nice flavor that is rather subtle and light. Probably more excellent on a hot day and not in mid winter.

Surprised to see this scored a 51 overall. On tap at the source, Karbach Brewery in Houston, Texas. Pours a hazy copper with a nice frothy head, which provides excellent lacing. Taste is a good balance of malt and hop, malts being caramel and hops light citrus. A good beer IMO.

Thanks to HeffIam for hooking me up with this brew. Saw someone gave this beer a 1.5 below. That seems way off base. Pours lovely orange gold with ample lasting white head. Scent is floral with hint of citrus. Flavor is mildly sweet up front with mild bitter back. Body is cask like. Not sure if by design. Can - Received via trade

Gingerman, Houston tap: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is grassy, slightly floral, and some pale malt. Taste is lightly bitter, but in a grassy somewhat dirty way. There might be some hints of citrus in there, but they are light and poorly defined. This is a forgettable beer.

Canned unk Pours a turbid apricot with a solid sheet of fine whites. Smells of cardboard, some resin hops, cut grass, a little pine. Flavor is malty, some plastic, some alcohol (oddly), a little dough - not tasty. Medium on thin with lighter, sharp carb and a semi dry finish. Not a good beer.

Thanks to Marshall for bringing this to New Years Eve. Clear dark golden amber, head cover, one wide band of lace. Taste is caramel malt followed closely by citrus hops that challenge without overpowering the malt. Not complicated, but quite enjoyable.

Can. The look is clear, whitish head, and orange golden colored. The smell is hops, fruity, slight fruit cocktail, caramel, and oranges. The taste is hops, bitterness, pine, and ok.
