Weekend Warrior on a Wednesday? What was I thinking? Seriously though, a solid pale ale -- hop aroma and taste, more floral and grassy than piney and grapefruity. Not a big pale ale fan but this was pretty good.

Had this after a Stone IPA. Typical pale ale with cascade hops. Beer is definitely dryhopped on the nose not, much aroma of malt. Slightly sweet, can taste the pils grain in there. Nice head retention, nice color. Flavor is good. Serious stringency issues, on the aftertaste. Yeech. Also some oxidation, not so great. Overall a nice solid recipe ruined by their poor brewing practices.

Cloudy copper with an off-white head. Floral, grassy, bready aroma. Nice even taste. Easy drinking and smooth. Medium bodied.

Draft. Bright pale gold. Light nose. Taste is mild hops, some grass, and a bit of graininess. Medium body. Good with wings.

On tap at Hay Merchant. Pours a cloudy orange with medium frothy off white head leaving sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a strong floral hop and pine. Medium mouthfeel with strong grapefruit and resin with very bitter finish. A very good pale ale from Karbach.

here’s a pigeon .. . pours a simple amber .. . mild foam, lacing is good .. . medium hoppiness .. light mouth .. mild finish .. . a rather mild beer from karbach, not bad, just not as assertive as i would have thought .. . . I hate jokes that rely on visual imagery. I’ve had it right up to here with them.
