COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Weisse Versa is unfiltered and has the refreshing characteristics you’d come to expect in a wheat beer, but the combination of the citrus peel and coriander added during the brewing process and the natural clove, nutmeg and banana aromas produced by our special, Bavarian wheat beer yeast result in a beer that’s unlike any you’ve ever had. With Weisse Versa you get the flavors you love in a German Hefe AND in a Belgian White beer. Both. At the same time.

Poured from a 12OZ can, the color is a golden orange with a white head that dissipates quickly. I smell banana, clove and Belgian yeast. I taste all the same, excellent Weizen from Texas!

Draft - Banana and spice. Cloudy yellow with a rich white head. Banana, clove, wheat and the usual. Nice for a local but another hefeweizen.

Refrigerated 12 oz.can, big thanks to BMart, poured into a weizen glass. Pours deep golden with big fluffy off-white head. Aroma is wheaty, medium body, medium carbonation, and little big bubble lacing. Taste is wheaty, bubblegum, coriander, some clove, some orange, and some banana. Interesting combination of hefeweizen and wit and easy to drink, but just pretty good.

On draft, small head, hazy orange appearance, weak lacing. Aroma was sweet bread and citrus. Flavor followed, a bit too sweet and sticky for my liking. Body was full and undercarbonated. Not a bad drink, not above average for the style, though!

Can explodes with big Belgian esters of banana and clove, thaw are just not my style of beers

Appearance: translucent golden orange color with a white head, pretty dense head and the foam stays intact for a while, very nice appearance, forms a wonderful dome at the top Aroma: banana, clove, smells delicious Taste: banana, clove Palette: sort of bitterness at the end that is super interesting, leaves the tongue sort of dry, light Overall: this beer is quite tasty! Wonderful heifeweizen taste-will definitely recommend ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz can from Zinister. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Nose is of banana, clove and coriander. Taste is the same banana and spices. Mouthfeel is medium-thin. Pretty good Wheat!

Aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus, and spice. Pours a hazy light yellow with a thin, short lived white head and no lacing. The taste is as the brewer's description, a nice cross between a Hefewiesen and a Wit. Medium-light body and medium carbonation. Overall, this is a very satisfying and drinkable beer destined to be enjoyed by many on a hot Texas afternoon. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Spec’s Houston sixpack of cans: Pours is hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is spice, plenty of banana, some citrus, cloves. Taste is slightly sweet. Definitely more drinkable than many wheat beers that stick in your mouth. Mouth feel is pretty nice. It is sessionable without being watery. Ultimately, I think that the combination that they were attempting worked well.

Canned: unk It’s a cloudy yellow with a solid sheet of bone whites. Smells like seeds of paradise, sweet pils malts, some cracker, wit yeast, and a bit of banana. Flavor is initially sweet banana, then some astringency, then some more sweet banana, some lemon, some more yeast and more banana. Medium on light bodied with too high carb and an off dry finish. Not impressed.
