3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Location: 12 oz can from Specís, 4/21/14
Aroma: The aroma is clove/spice, wheat, Belgian yeast, banana, and some orange zest
Appearance: It pours an unclear orange color with an off-white head on it
Flavor: The taste is much the same, a little sweet, spice, mildly tart, and with a mild bitterness
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has an average carbonation, a bit of creaminess
Brought this and the Weekend Warrior to a work BBQ. Both were great beers for that kind of crowd (mostly people who drink Shiner and the like or donít beer at all), because they are both well-made, but not aggressive beers. Hopadillo, for example, would have been too aggressive. As for this one specifically, I like what they did here. One of the better new (to me) wheat beers I have tried in recent memory.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from a 12OZ can, the color is a golden orange with a white head that dissipates quickly. I smell banana, clove and Belgian yeast. I taste all the same, excellent Weizen from Texas!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft - Banana and spice. Cloudy yellow with a rich white head. Banana, clove, wheat and the usual. Nice for a local but another hefeweizen.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Refrigerated 12 oz.can, big thanks to BMart, poured into a weizen glass. Pours deep golden with big fluffy off-white head. Aroma is wheaty, medium body, medium carbonation, and little big bubble lacing. Taste is wheaty, bubblegum, coriander, some clove, some orange, and some banana. Interesting combination of hefeweizen and wit and easy to drink, but just pretty good.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On draft, small head, hazy orange appearance, weak lacing. Aroma was sweet bread and citrus. Flavor followed, a bit too sweet and sticky for my liking. Body was full and undercarbonated. Not a bad drink, not above average for the style, though!

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Appearance: translucent golden orange color with a white head, pretty dense head and the foam stays intact for a while, very nice appearance, forms a wonderful dome at the top
Aroma: banana, clove, smells delicious
Taste: banana, clove
Palette: sort of bitterness at the end that is super interesting, leaves the tongue sort of dry, light
Overall: this beer is quite tasty! Wonderful heifeweizen taste-will definitely recommend

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 10/20
Aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus, and spice. Pours a hazy light yellow with a thin, short lived white head and no lacing. The taste is as the brewer's deScription, a nice cross between a Hefewiesen and a Wit. Medium-light body and medium carbonation. Overall, this is a very satisfying and drinkable beer destined to be enjoyed by many on a hot Texas afternoon.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Specís Houston sixpack of cans: Pours is hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is spice, plenty of banana, some citrus, cloves. Taste is slightly sweet. Definitely more drinkable than many wheat beers that stick in your mouth. Mouth feel is pretty nice. It is sessionable without being watery. Ultimately, I think that the combination that they were attempting worked well.
