The amber you’ve always wanted. Crisp and clean, but full of flavor: milk caramel, toasted biscuit and sweet wheat. A medium-bodied brew that has character yet remains and all-game drinker that always satisfies, never disappoints, and plays well with many types of foods.

12 oz bottle. Clear ruby pour with an off-white head. Bready, DMS, but of caramel aroma. Undercarbonated. Flavor is malt-forward, with a slight bitter finish. It’s aight.

Alright. Did they fucking change the rating scale here? My label says 5.6% alcohol not 5.2.. My pour was VERY dark. Nutty aroma but lightly so. Some pretty good lacing on the glass. Light mouthfeel and aftertaste, but overall good. Bottle.

Bottle. Milk caramel malt and weedy grass aroma. Amber with small head. Sweet caramel malt and moderately bitter quinine/gentian flavor. Decent body.

Chocolate, caramel, roast, and earthy notes. Amber with off white head...minimal lacing. Medium bodied, malt dominated, mild hop bittering notes, mild dryness, and chocolate notes throughout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The only real verbage I come to is ’eh’. It isn’t like any other amber I’ve had. It has a salt pickle aftertaste. As I’m not versed in the style, maybe this taste is more commom than I understand. It looks clear and has solid head on it though. I wouldn’t turn it down, but.I wouldn’t order it myself.

Bottle: Pours clear copper/amber with a small beige head. Caramel aroma.....caramel taste..... A bit of salt and toast.... Decent, if fairly typical. Not a bad "go-to" amber.....

Pours ruby brown, minimal head and lacing. Aromas of caramel, malt, slightly hoppy. Taste is caramel, toffee, mild coffee, cookie, just a hint of hops but sweet too. Haven't been disappointed with any Karben4 offerings thus far. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
