Aug 20, 2008 Forced draught at the GBBF 2008. Murky brown opaque colour, big head. Very nice aroma of malts, lemons, banana and cloves. Same elements in the flavour, this is the most lemony dunkelweizen I’ve had. Good stuff.

May 20, 2008 500 ml bottle: poured cloudy brown with a thick beige head. Moderate banana and clove aroma. Mild fruit. Mild carbonation. Flavor is nicely done with banana, yeast, and clove. Gets a little watery toward the end and has a short finish. Good though.

Mar 26, 2008 Bottle 50cl. Nice cloudy dark brwon colour, lively carbonation. Small head. Smells like toffee, honey, dry fruits. Yeasty, Yummyy, Tasty!

Dec 16, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy brown with a small head. Wheat aroma with some hints of smoke. Flavour is less citrus than a hefeweizen again with a smoke hint. Palate is not too heavy either. Good stuff.
