COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Previously known as "Schwarzer Woipertinger".
Wie ein Woipertinger hat das dunkle Weißbier von Vielen etwas, zum spritzig blumigen Weißbieraroma kommt auch noch eine malzige, süßliche Komponente dazu.

Pours out of the bottle in a cloudy milky brown colour with steady head and medium body. Aroma of malt and nuts. Taste of yeast, wheat, bread, light malt, caramel and basement. Fruity finish. Easy drinkable, not a bad one.

500 ml bottle. 961932. BB 27/02/14. From a trade with Erzengel. Vielen Dank!
Murky dark reddish brown colour with a medium-sized foamy light tan head. Bready malt, wheat, mild sweetness, mild banana and mild yeast in the aroma. Yeast, wheat, chocolate, cereal, banana, ice cream and toffee in the flavour. Flavoursome. Tasty.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes braunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, röstmalzig, leicht fruchtig würzig. Geschmack hefig, leicht würzig, leicht fruchtig.

Big thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that bottle. Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass dark brown, nice head. Starts fine malty, fine roasty, dry background. Fine yeasty without being too dry. Fruity hints of plum. Nice!

500 ml bottle from Orterer in Garmisch. Pours a dark cloudy brown with a full tan thick head. A great looking beer. Aroma is rich dark overripe bananas. Taste is a crisp but not sweet version of the aroma. Palate is smooth but tart. A good solid Dunkle Wiesse.

Appearance: Hazy brown/ruby with a cm thick ivory head. Aroma: Bubblegum, banana, lemon, caramel and bread. Taste: Medium sweetness, low bitterness and medium sourness. Palate: Smooth thick texture, medium body, prickly carbonation and astringent. The finish lingers with banana, caramel and bubblegum notes being quite strong, with a cutting citrus at the end which has the sharpness of lemon or lime. There is also a subtle note of clove. Comments: Very tasty and refreshing. Left a glass lace.

500ml bottle from appellation wines, cheers Ash! Pours murky brown with a thin white head. Aromas of banana, clove, toffee, touch of honey. Taste is sweet, needs more bitterness to balance it out. Bit thin. Not bad.
