Draught Good dense, whipped-cream head over fully hazy yellow-orange beer. Banana and citrusfruit, fruitsalad, fresh yeast notes. Again very fruity tastewise, as well as yeasty, estery, bananamash, citruspulp and very slight meaty esters, rounded off with a point of nutmeg. Very thick MF, wheat slickness. Leaves a slight sourish-fruity aftertaste. Very good, young Weissbier from a lovely brewery.

Bottled. Delirium Café. Fast diminishing head here-very weird. Dark orange colour. Good canned ham aroma. Light spicy flavour with medium body. Bit of licorice in the background. Low on esters and not very sweet.

Bottle 0,5. Nice colour, longlasting white head, nice carbonation. Rather cloudy, but decent yeast taste. Drinks easily, a good Weißbeer, i like it.

Rastacouere (6161) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 23, 2007
Murky dark milky caramel looking ale. Extremely yeasty, almost disturbingly so to the point that it smells not much more than staleing yeast and dull grain and bread notes that never reach cohesiveness. No freshness felt as the foamy, bland palate kicks in. Kinda earthy, but dustier flavours hinting minimally at a banana-split, but all undercover.

Bottle from quinns, had at chris_o’s. Alround: Very light, almost a belgiun wit its so light, pale malts showing as much if not slightly more than the wheat, slightly grainy with hints of honey.
