2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
500ml bottle. Mindestens Haltbar bis: 04.11.11. It has a lot of sediment and pours a murky gold. The smell is peachy and mango-y, rare for a hefeweissbier, it seems to abandon the usual banana. It also has a bunch of sweetness in the smell. There is also a bit of sulphr and bubblegum. The flavor is super wheaty. It tastes like bread with some bitter hops thrown in. This beer is all over the place. If you want to try something new reach for it, otherwise it is merely a fucked up weissbier.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
50cl bottle. Pours a beautiful golden/orange with steady bubbles and a nice head. The nose has ripe bananas, some delicate spice (maybe cinnamon or nutmeg. The taste has bananas, it’s slightly creamy with some vanilla. The palate has a medium to big structure, a creamy texture and a lovely refreshing finish. The overall impression is that this is a great example and very sessionable.

500 ML Bottle in Germany. Pours a deep heavy orange-light brown haze. Head is beige and lacy. Aroma is banana and yeast, soft and mello. Mouth feel is very well done. Smooth and little carbs. Taste is wonderful and very easy to drink. Palate is disappointing with a slight sour bite at the end. Overall a very nice Hefe.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Starts quite yeasty, really dry and a bit floury. Fruity notes of apricot in the background. Finish a bit moldy, still floury and dry. Not my favourite!
