Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!

Very special Weizen, not for everyone, but worth a try! Amber colour, unfiltered. Astonishing earthy hints of Jerusalem artichoke on top of pepper, clove, ripe banana / Maraschino cherry aroma, wheat and brown butter (!) in the finish. Slightly alcoholic nose. More bitter and dry than one would expect. Tangy carbonation, just right for my taste. Not "pleasant" for Weizen newbs, but a welcome deviation from the average for the experienced aficionado :)

Bottle gifted by Bierkrug - thank you German Santa! The nose promises something the taste can’t deliver - seems somewhat bitter for this style...

Bottle @ Flensburg. Pours murky golden with a creamy white head and lacings. Sweet banana, caramel, bread and wheat. Smooth. Banana - chewing gum burbs. Not my fav. style but ok drinkable.

0.5l bottle from Bavaria, pours cloudy dark gold with fluffy white head and toffee banana aroma. Toast, dough clove and a little banana in the body, spicy and malty but a little too sweet on the finish.
