Bottle 330ml. @ home.

Clear medium yellow grey amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, bread, grain, toasted, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, dusty, old malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100828]

Bottled. A amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of metal and caramel.

UPDATED: JUN 14, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Karhu really manages to make good-looking beers. This one is also fully golden but the head is completely lacking. Some malt sweetness well balanced with the hops. In flavour this is a typical standard pils. 150405

50 cL bottle at Olearys Malmö Central, 5.4%. Pours clear and golden orange with a fully golden. Dry malty and slight metallic aroma. Flavour too is mild metallic with a light malty to breadish note. Ends mild malty and metallic. Clean though.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Clear golden, airy head. Neutal nose. Sweetish and fruity, light bodied with minimal flavour of old bread and sugar. No bitterness. Seems to be diluted malt liquor. No evident off flavours, if fact no evident flavours at all.

Bottled. Orangegolden, no head to talk about. Bittersweet barlic hoppy nose with. Malt and barley in the taste, with hoppy notes in finish. Good carbonation level. One of the better Finnish "bulkbeers"

Bottler at O’Learys, Malmö. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Aroma of malts and hay with notes of caramel. Flavour of malts and hay with notes of sulpur and caramel. Bitter finish.

Typical Finnish lager - hoppier, maltier, and overall fuller than North American examples.
