COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Untamed Karhu is the strongest in its breed. Its full original gravity gives it a substantial and strong taste. Karhu is a full-bodied beer.

Pale yellow clear body with white head. Aromas sweet malts, grains. Palate thin with medium carbonation and mouth feel. Aftertaste paper and medium short malty hops finish. Bulk stuff.

330ml can bought in Rhodes, drank at home. 5.4%. Orange-amber with a rapidly thinning white head spotting with yeast. Aroma of rotting fruit, slight refuse, glue..banana and brown sugar at a push. Better flavour with hints of breadiness, nuts..more old fruit and refuse. Not worth exporting the width of Europe and back again.

Same malty karhu but with a bit more depth and kick. a little tastier. Why do they plan on lowering the alc. percentage on market beer in Finland?

Can from Alko. Originally rated on 17.4.2010. Slightly stronger version of Karhu III, but still quite bulky and metallic taste. Slight notes of malts and hops.
