COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Less would be enough. With its rich copper colour Tosi Vahva (Special Strength) Karhu is generously malted and flavoured with the best hops. It is a balanced, special strength and full-bodied beer.

There is a 8.8 % version of this, which is sold in the Tax Free shops on the cruiseships from/to Finland. Ratings should, however, be put under this entry.

Can from Alko. Clear, light cola brown beer with small white head. Malty/alcoholic aroma. Sweet taste is suprisingly malty and not so alcoholic than I expected when drank cold. Gets a lot worse later.

Bottle 33 cl , Alko tampere. Pours clear ruby copper with a nice bubbly tanned head leaving lace. Aroma is malty, sweet, bready, caramel and alcohol. Flavor is sweet, malty, fruity and alcohol. Finishes bitter and a bit sweet.

UPDATED: AUG 12, 2011 Rerating 12.8.2011. 8,0 % bottle. Malty smell, bronze colour. White, medium, somewhat lasting head. Faint aroma of apple. Alcohol pushes through heavily. Lightly sweet and some sourness to be noticed. Flat carbonation. To be avoided.
