Bottle @ Oluthuone Kaisla, Helsinki, Finland. Dark brown beer with a light head. The aroma is lightly malty and the flavour is slightly roasted and quite weakly malty. Overall a plainly malty and weakly dry beer.

Thanks to tderoeck for the bottle. Amber color, great mouthfeel, well-balanced, I thought. I haven’t had any other beers from this brewery, but I’d like to try based on this beer. Pretty good.

UPDATED: JUN 29, 2007 Biggish offwhite head over chestnut brown body. Faint, sweetish aroma with notes alcohol, caramel, and a little grass. Taste is sweet roasty caramel with notes of grass and marzipan. Slick, slightly buttery mouthfeel. Watery aftertaste with some bitterness, lingering alcohol taste and some alcohol heat. Quite good if warm, but a bit much alcohol. (0.33l bottle.)
