On tap at Beach to Brewery 2011

Appearance: Pours a rootbeer brown with a thin film of head.

Aroma: Orange like hop. No roast to be found in the nose.

Taste: Grapefruit, tangerine, bitterness with minute roast.

Mouthfeel: Juicy, medium bodied, moderate carbonation.

Overall: This is what I look for in a Black IPA. Big citrus, little roast. Well done.
