From the tap poured brown with a fair amount of head. Nice spicy malty flavor with a quick finish.

Nice thick cream head atop a nice dark stained wood body. Nose is musty, nutty, and toffee like and coats the nostrils well. Flavors spread upon a somewhat thin and grainy body with belgian yeast esters coming to the forefront. The finish is slightly nutty with an american brown ale-like crispness, but the flavors are predominately yeasty.
