2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
On cask @ Karl Strauss Costa Mesa. Hazy straw colored pour with a white head. Smells like soap. A bit heavy on the lavender for my liking. Hints of banana, lemon, bread, and clove. Flavor is lightly tart and very, very soapy. Tastes like a fancied soap, or what I’d imagine one tastes like. Lavender, banana, orange peel, lemon, bread, and clove. Meh.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On cask at Main Brewery
Appearance: Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a thin film of white head.
Aroma: Bathroom soap, lavender and malted wheat.
Taste: Lavender, spice and fruit.
Mouthfeel: Thick with low carbonation.
Overall: I enjoyed it, but would have preferred it colder than at cellar temp.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Karl Strauss Carlsbad. Great aroma. At first I thought it was lavender, but now I call it fruity pear and banana from hefe yeast. Pretty nice. Cloudy deep yellow color. Lightly sweet . Easy to drink. Very nice. My wife likes it too.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at Small Bar. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a frothy white head. Nose held some interesting floral notes along with clove, banana and plenty of lemon peel. Flavor was mostly citrus peel and yeast.
