COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When the Mosaic hop first came on the scene, our brewers couldnt wait to get their hands on some. Mosaic Session Ale is bursting with vibrant grapefruit aroma and flavor waves of citrus and tropical fruit. Our signature dry-hopping technique delivers an incredibly drinkable, lower ABV beer, without sacrificing hop appeal. From a small test batch to the bottle you now hold in your hands, this isnt a one-and-done beer. Sit back, have a few, and enjoy your session.

Sample at the Tehachapi Beer & Wine Festival on 07/18/2015: Clear straw-gold color with a medium white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Citrus, hops and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bottle from Stone in Asagaya. Pours a crystal clear pale gold with a nice soapy white head that leaves good lacing throughout. Passion fruit, mango and papaya aromas come through strong with some light grass and grapefruit notes...slight bit of cat piss as it warms too. Nice citrus and tropical fruit on flavors with good bitterness on the palate. Not really a session at 5.5% ABV but still a great pale ale. Crisp and refreshing finish.
