Bomber from Beverages 4 Less in Santee, CA. Pours dark ruddy coppery with a creamy/fizzy beige head. Aroma is smooth roast malt with something like Italian prune. Med body, barely. Flavor is roast malt, fairly smooth, with some mild dark fruit and a bit of citrus hop. It’s bitter, but nothing approaching a NW standard. Nice, bitter, fruity, but not breaking really new ground. The continuing mild dark fruit is pleasing.
