Tap @ SD Taproom’s "Barrel Night". Pous a mostly clear rusty peach color with zero head or carbonation. Amazing nose of sour peaches with diacytal and dry oak. Flavor dies out a bit and hold diacytal and some salty characteristics. Overall a great sour from Strauss.
