4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On draft at Breakwater Brewing. An absolute peanut butter bomb of a beer. The aroma has PB to it, the taste and finish both are loaded with chocolate and PB! Great brew!

2.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 5/20
21st March 2015
Clear deep amber - brown beer, good pale tan head. Nice nose of chocolate and peanut butter. Palate is airy and smooth, mild fine carbonation. Smooth sweet dark malts. Apple! Sweet apple! Appetizer! Very mild peanut buried under the avalanche of sweet apple. Smooth finish being mild sweet floralness. Shame the flavour could not follow the nose. This is a bonkers and pretty messy beer.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Dark brown pour, tan head. Meh. Weird. Artificial peanuts. Weird oily chocolate. Too bad, I had high hopes. Oh well.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
16 dec 2014, tap. Dark brown. Nose is milk chocolate and light peanut butter. Thin body and moderately fizzy. Sugary sweet milk chocolate and crunchy peanut butter (almost like pockets or bursts of peanut butter). Chocolate malt is a bit acidic or metallic. Delicious up front but at the end of the pint I might not be as enthralled.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours dark brown with a medium tan head. Aroma has nice dark chocolate playing nicely with slightly sweet, slightly salty very authentic peanut butter notes. Flavor is roasty up front with dark chocolate sweetness creeping in...overpowers the peanut butter a bit...Mouthfeel is medium and the ffinish is dry and roasty with dark chocolate and faint pb.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber thanks to the Babes. Beautiful nose of cocoa, sweet roasted malts, and hints at peanut butter. Flavors bring out milk chocolate, a light hint at dark malts, and then hoards of liquified peanut butter. Velvety. Good and a fun idea, but for $12 I could ask for a bit thicker of a flavor and more oomph all around.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
As a lover of both peanut butter and chocolate it’s no surprise I loved this beer. Strong aroma of both. Nice dark hue with brown lingering head. Simple but delicious taste with a hint of bite.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber from Whole Foods in Davis, CA. Pours darkly ruby (against very strong light) with a tan head. Aroma is really rich chcoolate and something that could be peanut. It smells like dessert. Med body or so. Flavor is dark chocolate and with a few moments it develops a peanut aspect. It is pretty dry, and there is a nutty greasiness to go with the chocolate, but I think it would be much improved by leaving out the peanut flavoring. Flavoring? Ewww
